This individual will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, articulating our service offerings, and closing deals. A solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical offerings to business and technical stakeholders is critical.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively generate, qualify, and convert sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Deliver compelling client presentations and demos across industries, particularly in <strong>healthcare and banking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Understand and effectively communicate cybersecurity services as listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/o2cyber.com\/\">o2cyber.com<\/a>, including vulnerability management, SOC, IAM, penetration testing, and more<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal security architects and consultants to shape tailored solutions<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the full sales cycle: from discovery to proposal to close<\/li>\n<li>Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progression to meet or exceed quota<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3\u20135 years<\/strong> of experience in cybersecurity sales, technical sales, or a related client-facing role<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of security frameworks such as <strong>NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise security needs in <strong>healthcare<\/strong> and\/or <strong>financial services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security certifications<\/strong> such as <strong>CISSP, CISM, CEH<\/strong> are a strong plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base Salary:<\/strong> $100,000 \u2013 $150,000 (commensurate with experience)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commission:<\/strong> Performance-based incentives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A self-starter with a hunter mentality<\/li>\n<li>Someone who thrives in a <strong>fast-paced, high-growth environment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>An individual who can build strong client relationships and drive business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>A team player who collaborates across functions to deliver client success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Growth Opportunities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a growing cybersecurity firm.
